Daily Check-in Service for Disabled & Senior Residents of NW Houston

Our check-in service can be once or twice a day, and include a minimum of 3 hours per service trip.

These 3 hours can be used for many different things that arise throughout the day, or even just to have someone there to talk to. Examples of how that time may be used include:

• Assistance with daily hygiene
• Helping with laundry
• Retrieving items that are hard to reach
• Going on walks or daily exercise
• Reminders for daily tasks

Medication Reminders

Remembering to take medication can be difficult, especially if your loved one suffers from a condition that directly affects their memory. Whether it's a single prescription or several we are here to help. The caregivers at Home Vitality are the support you need to help in times when you may not be able to be there for the elderly person.

While our caregivers are not licensed to administer medication, we will help the elderly person organize their medication regiment and ensure they are taken on time with routine reminders. Some medications require that they are taken with food. Our services include meal preparation, so these can be easily coordinated together. Furthermore, we have other service options that include running errands to pick up these prescriptions.
