About Us
Founded, owned & operated by Gail Eissler since 2004, Home Vitality Care is one of the oldest, independently owned, and licensed Personal Assistant Services Agencies in Houston, Texas. We only hire experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers and we pride ourselves on coordinating closely with families to provide peace of mind that loved ones are safe.
We are big proponents of independence and proactively assist with everyone’s wellness goals. If nursing or home healthcare services for skilled care become required, we are happy to provide referrals to the appropriate sources.
Our Service Locations
We provide in home care services for all of Northwest Houston, including Champions, Cypress, Katy, Spring, Tomball and The Woodlands, and everywhere in between.
Gail is from a small-town farming community where family and strong work ethics were the center of daily life. She decided to launch Home Vitality Care after a successful career in the energy industry where she became skilled in Contracts, Policies & Procedures, Government Regulations, and Risk Management. That experience has proven invaluable for her in the highly regulated home care industry. Gail loves family, horses, and helping people.
